So, what exactly is CrossFit?
The goal of CrossFit is to achieve fitness. Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Basically, it is different and exciting every day; exercises that will help with any activity in daily life, kept at a good pace that gets results.
CrossFit is for everyone! Any age and ability level. Our youngest member is 14 and oldest is 86! We can modify workouts for injuries and medical issues as well, and we do so on a daily basis. We are blessed to have wonderful people that work out here and it is a joy every day to be around them. Our goal is for everyone to leave feeling better than when they came in.
